Service Description

Child and Dog – The Interactive Workshop for Families 🗓 Saturday, June 14, 2025 🕘 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. How do I interact with dogs correctly? What do dogs like – and what do they prefer to avoid? How can I tell when a dog is stressed? I answer these and many more questions in my interactive family workshop, "Dog and Child." The workshop is designed for families with children aged 4 and up who want to learn how to interact with dogs safely and respectfully in everyday life – playfully, age-appropriately, and practically. My goal: to impart knowledge, build trust, and minimize risks. 🧭 Here's how it works: In small groups, children and their parents will rotate through several engaging interactive stations. There, important information about body language, needs, behavior, and everyday encounters with dogs will be explored in a playful way – with lots of fun and movement. ... Each child receives a personal booklet containing valuable information for the family – and a collection card to collect points at each station. A small surprise awaits at the end! 🐶 Participation with or without a dog is possible: You are welcome to bring your own well-behaved dog (please indicate this when registering). Dogs that are relaxed around children, people, and other dogs can participate at selected stations. Participation is also fully possible without your own dog – friendly training dogs will be present. Here's what you can expect: Interactive learning stations for children (ages 4 and up) & parents - Practical knowledge for everyday life with dog(s) - Increased confidence when handling dogs - Bite prevention through understanding & management - Relaxed atmosphere & child-friendly explanations - Drinks & snacks - Small groups for individual attention 🗓 Saturday, June 14, 2025 🕘 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 📍 Hötting / Innsbruck 💶 €39 per adult + 1 child 🔁 Each additional child: +€10 🚫 No parking available on site! Please park at the Planötzehof parking lot! 📋 Limited number of participants – early registration recommended! 💡 Booking information: One ticket is valid for 1 adult with 1 child. For multiple people: please book a separate ticket for each adult and child. Additional children (e.g., siblings) can be registered and paid for on-site for €10. Please indicate the number of people in your party on the booking form. In case of bad weather, an alternative date will be offered – all registered families will be informed in a timely manner.
